At The Fitting Room, we want you to spend your time on you, not worrying about beeing seen or harassed in a vulnerable moment.

PARCEL LEVEL CONTROL

Each fitting room is situated on its own dedicated parcel. The parcel is configured so that nobody outside the parcel can see you. The parcel area is confined to the interior of the room. Visitors flying above a room while it is occupied will be ejected. Object entry is also prohibited at the parcel level.

CONTROLLED ROOM ACCESS

The first person to be detected inside a room becomes the "tenant". The door will lock, and only the tenant can operate it. It cannot be opened by anyone else, including Fitting Room staff. Anyone attempting to enter the room by camming in and sitting on an object will be immediately ejected from the region. The Fitting Room staff are not exempt from this enforcement. Staff will not enter your room unless you request and specifically authorize it via the room security system.

HELP CENTER

If you are being harassed in a way that our automated security tools aren't addressing, you can use our help center to request assistance. Touch the help panel in your room and select option 1, "Report Harassment". If someone is online and available, they will respond as quickly as possible to your request.

INVITING GUESTS INTO YOUR ROOM

If you, as a fitting room tenant, wish to invite a guest or a helper into your room, you must follow a specific procedure to prevent them being ejected.

Each person you wish to invite into the room must be within 3 meters of the door, outside the room. They must touch the door and request access using the presented dialog. Once access is requested, you will receive a dialog informing you that they have requested access to the room. If you select "Yes", they will be added to the guest list and the door will automatically open for them. From that moment, they will have 60 seconds to enter the room. If they do not enter the room within 60 seconds, they are removed from the guest list and will have to request access again.

Once a guest leaves the room, they are removed from the guest list. Should they need to return to the room, they must request access again.
